Well, then we want you to be part of the innovedCon 2019 experience and share your knowledge to help others improve and drive innovation throughout our industry.
LEAD. Help attendees learn to lead through administration, management, planning, and evaluation. We want online learning teams across the nation to stay agile in their management of people and processes.
DESIGN. Share your expertise on effective higher teaching and learning – covering online learning best practices, how-tos, case studies, and/or emerging trends in the industry.
CREATE. Give a hands-on experience on edtech tools, media design and development process, and swap advice with attendees in these immersive BYOD (Bring your own device) workshops.
SESSION FORMAT - SELECT A FORMAT
Pre-Conference Workshop: Pre-conference workshops are immersive learning sessions that emphasize learning-by-doing. Participants can expect to leave with tools, plans, or products they can immediately use at work. Pre-conference workshops will take place Tuesday, October 2nd, 9:00am - 12:00pm.
Breakout Session: 45-minute session that can include lecture, demonstrations, and/or participant discussion about topics relevant to the conference track.
LightBulb Round: Three 15-minute presentations delivered by different speakers during a single 45-minute session in a traditional classroom or theatre-style setting. Allows you to do a brief presentation of your topic, sharing the session time-slot with other presenters.
Proposal deadline is June 5, 2019
A maximum of three proposals may be submitted by any one person
All proposals must be educational in nature and reflect the overall goal of innovedCon 2019
All steps of the proposal submission process must be completed
Primary presenter will receive a complimentary conference registration; up to two co-presenters will receive a 50% conference discount
Selected presenters will be notified by July 11, 2019
Offers important and relevant content
Content deals with new trends, tools, or learning strategies
Content is clear and complete
Content is aligned with the conference theme of the instructional design
Session description, title, and learning objectives are clearly defined
Session fits with the overall need for diversity of content and perspectives
Speakers' presentation experience and background will be taken into account

Presenter LinkedIn URL and links to sample video presentation(s) if available
